The Small Rain, Thomas Pynchon's first published story, is about a lummox who maintains his status quo stagnation until a short series of events interrupt and force him to change, if for only a moment. I designed this 2 sided poster/self mailer with that in mind, the impermanent change or moment of clarity that can be had amidst the noisy hum that engulfs daily life.
